Hi, Our home is located 4 miles north of hwy 10 just off of round lake blvd. The address is 3425 161st ave NW, Andover,Mn,55304..It is a 4 level split with 3 bedrooms and full bath up, kitchen, dining, living and half bath on the main level along with accessto the garage, the front entryway with foyer and a anderson sliding door that goes out back onto a nice wood deck and cement patio. Then the lower level witch is the family room with a cozy heat fireplace, a small room that we use as a guest bedroom, (it doesn't have a closet) and a 3/4 bath. The basement is unfinished and has the washer/dryer/owned water softener/furnace with humidifier, other mechanicals and storage shelves. The home has a private 150' deep well and private large septic system. Two car garage with plenty of room to put up a 30'x40' detached garage if desired. The yard has an in ground sprinkler system and a 20'x 30' fenced in garden that has good black dirt 3' deep. The lot size is 2.5 acres but the kept yard is about half of that. My only close neighbor is to the east and we can't even see thier home due to a water run off area on his lot that he can't alter that is thick with trees, alot of them evergreens. The exterior of the house had a new timberline roof installed in august 08', and the siding and trim was also repainted in august.
